Keith is very friendly and knowledgeable. He has been very comforting and supportive during the sale of the family home after loved ones had passed. He guided me with great compassion in finding a new home to call my own answering all my first home buyer questions with patience and explaining everything in terms I could understand. We were moving to Ottawa for the first time for a rental property. Starting a new job, needed to move quickly, with a specific area required to work for work location. We were referred to Keith by a friend-of-a-friend and it was the best referral I have ever had. Keith was responsive, thoughtful and helped us find a perfect place for us. What amazed me the most was he quick response time and his incredible ability to make a (surprisingly) complicated process understandable and manageable. There was a lot of paperwork, going back and forth, submitting forms - and Keith helped with it all - with a smile and good humor! As I now sit in the apartment, wildly happy, I can only thank Keith and encourage you to work with him. He was perfect for us!
