I think Keith Bray is very knowledgeable in the real estate market and advised us well. He made us aware of all the choices we could make and explained how it all worked. We were made aware of all showings and feedback from each showing which we really appreciated.

Keith came highly recommended and delivered as promised. We are currently overseas and Keith took us through every step of the process remotely. He went to see properties, provided us with video and his honest assessment. Keith's network of professional contacts (mortgage brokers, inspectors, lawyers...) was an enormous bonus for us as first time buyers.

During our move from Europe to Canada we enjoyed many pleasurable experiences, and a small number of surprising experiences. One of these being the Ontario housing market. First he educated us by explaining the ins and outs of house finding and buying, then he escorted us through the weeks of enthusiasm and disappointment, and finally he guided us successfully through the shark infested waters of the bidding process. We are convinced that, without Keith’s support, we would still be chasing houses.

Second time having Keith as our agent. First time as sellers. His team provided an excellent service. Even my family thought his work was outstanding (photos,listing,pricing,process, all of it).
