During our move from Europe to Canada we enjoyed many pleasurable experiences, and a small number of surprising experiences. One of these being the Ontario housing market. We are now very happily settled in our own house in southern Ontario but still, from time to time, my wife and I say: “thank heavens for Keith!” We were introduced to Keith Bray by our son and daughter-in-law, just as they were introduced to him by friends of friends. Right from the word go his patience, calmness and obvious expert knowledge gave us confidence. First he educated us by explaining the ins and outs of house finding and buying, then he escorted us through the weeks of enthusiasm and disappointment, and finally he guided us successfully through the shark infested waters of the bidding process. We are convinced that, without Keith’s support, we would still be chasing houses.

Second time having Keith as our agent. First time as sellers. His team provided an excellent service. Even my family thought his work was outstanding (photos,listing,pricing,process, all of it).

When we contacted Keith he responded very quickly. He explained the procedure that would take place before our property would be listed. There would be a team approach to prepare the property for viewing (The Tulip Team) and they did a great job. Our property sold in 2 days and for well over asking price.

Over the last 10 years we’ve dealt with Keith and team on three home transactions (two buying and one selling). Nothing but great things to say about all three experiences. Keith brings a great understanding of the Ottawa market, great customer service and patience to ensure we bought exactly what we we’re looking for. Both homes were great purchases.
