I had the pleasure of working with this gentleman, and he's very efficient in terms of how he handles things. I had past experiences with real-estate agents who honestly didn't even know how to edit a pdf, but he's both very computer-literate, as well as guides you easily through everything that you need to know to get started. I want to make sure I stress this point: He is very experienced and knows what he's doing.On top of that, he's also well connected, and can easily get you the resources you require that may be outside his field of expertise.
