We highly recommend Karen. We were browsing the ottawa market to buy our first home. Residing in Toronto it was very difficult to personally visit each property. Karen quickly understood our situation and prefrences and did most of the homework herself. She made visits to the property herself and sent us videos. She also evaluated the price of the property and recommended us the best offer we should put forward. In the current inflated market, she helped us choose our first dream house which was well within our budget.

Karen made the process of selling our house so easy! Thank you for always being available to talk, to answer any questions, and to ease my mind during this time. Karen is warm, caring, and thoughtful and would easily be my choice of realtor for any future home buying/selling.

We purchased a home in Ottawa, while living in Toronto. Karen made the process very easy and provided us with a FaceTime walk through of the home to help us better visualize the space. She was very knowledgeable about the neighbourhood/area we were looking into and was able to answer every question and address every concern - no matter how small. Karen returned my calls and emails right away and was in touch with me almost every morning throughout the process. We found a house that we were very interested in. We contacted Hamre to assist us and we were put in touch with Karen. Shortly after that Karen was able to get a us an appointment to see the house. Trough the process she was able to answer all of our questions while liaising with the sellers agent. She was always friendly and polite in every dealing.
