Karen is awesome. Our decision to sell was last minute and we were able to quickly sell our home and purchase another within a two week time period. Everything went smoothly with electronic signing of documents making legalities possible without running around signing paper copies. Karen was always available and promptly answered any inquiries we had. What could have been a difficult time was made effortless and stress free by a friendly and easygoing knowledgeabe realtor. We would definitely recommend Karen for buying and/or selling your home.

Karen did an exceptional job with helping us buy our new home!
