I was fortunate enough to have worked with Karen and she made the whole process stress free. She pays attention and her communication is top notch. We were relocating to Ottawa from out of province and she was instrumental in helping us with the location we wanted to be in. Karen took it away and found us the perfect home. We couldn't be happier.

I reached out to Karen to help me find and purchase a condo unit in Ottawa based on her positive reviews. Karen is fabulous. She quickly grasped what I was looking for and provided great input and advice without every being pushy. Since I was coming from out of town she helped me prepare a short list of properties that seemed a good fit - helped me weed out those that weren't- and organized viewings to make best use of my time. Karen responded quickly to any questions. For me, confidence and trust in a relationship are key and Karen has exceeded my expectations.

Karen did an exceptional job with helping us buy our new home!
