Karen has provided my husband and I with an extraordinary service with the search for our investment property. Her professionalism and attention to details made this process very fast and stress free, while attending to all our needs and concerns. There was never a sense of being pushed into any deal, but instead she was always very patient and positive. We did a few “road trips” where it didn’t end up in anything, but yet she was always supportive and happy to provide assistance. When she found us the property we were looking for, she acted super fast and made sure to cover all basis in order to help us with getting the offer accepted while making sure we were being secured/protected. Thanks to Karen, within 2 months, we not only found the perfect investment property but also our family 1st cottage, which we are falling more in love each day.
