Karen is an outstanding agent. She is personable and easy to talk to. She knows her stuff. What sold me on her was that she was very straight forward in answering questions about her rate and services when I was shopping around for agents. I cannot say the same for others. I was selling in a sellers market, so the most important thing to me was transparency and trustworthiness. I got both from Karen. Once I hired her, the process was smooth and timely. She was a good listener and knew my priorities with regards to the estate property I was selling. I am very satisfied with the outcome and would highly recommend Karen to anyone looking for a good realtor.

What I love about Karen is her patience with me as a client. We have been on/off nearly 2 years in search of the property in my mind. I never feel rush or pressure by her in terms of decision making.
