In my efforts to find a new house to rent myself and my family, I had the privilege of having Karen's number and if I'm not mistaken, we had communicated for the first time on a Sunday. It was not a working day and yet Keran had accepted my call wholeheartedly. The same day she was already ready to show me different houses. To the number of aspects of his personality that caught my attention in this process I can mention, the choice of words she uses to talk to me about each house visited, the choice of questions she asks me to have a better understanding of my needs. His heart was present so that I could find a home not only for myself but also for my family (my maman) in particular I found the house I did not expect to have, a very beautiful house but, most importantly, I met a person whose heart is open and ready to help. Staging was fabulous and the media, photos, listing and brochures were very high quality and showed our property in the best light, generating more interest and showings than we had anticipated.
