Julia is awesome! She helped navigate my wild real estate ride with experience, professionalism and humour. The buying process was quick, efficient and fun. While I got caught in an uncertain market and wasn’t able to sell in time, Julia absolutely knocked it out of the park in quickly finding tenants and negotiating rent for my property so that I’d be able to enjoy moving to the new one. Her team is also amazing and other professional contacts were invaluable. I’ll definitely use Julia again for future real estate needs and highly recommend her to others as well.
