Buying and selling a house is such a huge financial transaction and you need an outstanding agent to help you get the best value out of your deals while finding a home that you love. Julia was fantastic throughout the whole process - from responsiveness and availability during the house hunt to negotiations during offers, both buying and selling. I think that was a differentiator in both her services as an agent and as a house for sale on the market.
