She was great! She would go to open houses even when I ask for them at the last possible minute and would walk me through the houses on zoom.

The daunting thought of finding a home to rent, during a pandemic; with a move across Ontario, and all of this with a newborn! Julia made this part of our journey so easy. From the number of options provided, we immediately felt at ease. Then offering remote tours so we could stay home was beyond our expectations. She ended up negotiating a home with more benefits than we could imagine, in a community we hope to purchase one day, and under budget. We are so thankful for the work Julia has done for our family.
