Buying and selling a house is such a huge financial transaction and you need an outstanding agent to help you get the best value out of your deals while finding a home that you love. Julia was fantastic throughout the whole process - from responsiveness and availability during the house hunt to negotiations during offers, both buying and selling. It was always a pleasure to chat and interact with Julia, which made everything that much more enjoyable. She had great knowledge of the industry and market trends, and provided valuable expert advice. I loved the video walkthrough that she created for our house when we were selling. I think that was a differentiator in both her services as an agent and as a house for sale on the market. It was our second time engaging Julia as our agent and we would surely call her again if we ever have a need.
