Julia is seriously phenomenal. We'd been looking for a home for a while without the help of a real estate agent and when a home we really wanted came on the market, we were referred to Julia by our mortgage advisor and we met with her the very next day! She was so helpful, knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. I got great vibes from her right away. She looked out for us and made sure we only got into a home that would ultimately work for us. In the end, her referral from a previous client of hers allowed us to do a private sale saving us the stress of a bidding war. Julia was so easy to work with, and made the intimidating task of finding the right home feel so easy. She listened to our needs and was able to identify prospective homes within our price range and desired neighbourhood. She was honest and upfront, and answered any questions we had about real estate law, condo corporations, and more. When it came time to negotiate, which involved competing offers and a stressful timeline, she was calm and attentive, and never pushed us to offer more than we were comfortable with. As a result, we have a new home exactly where we wanted to be, at a price we can easily work with. She was communicative and easy to reach to answer any of our questions at all times.
