Strata Council’s Rules prohibited the posting of a For Sale sign or the holding of an Open House, thereby imposing limitations on a Realtor’s marketing activities. Joseph met this challenge by setting up a series of private showings over the course of one morning. The showings generated multiple offers, all of which Joseph dealt with in an efficient, professional, and courteous manner. By afternoon the place was sold, at substantially above asking-price. In short, Joseph is an efficient, caring and dedicated Realtor, who works to further the welfare of others, and who produces excellent results for his clients.
