Joseph provided incredible service during our recent home sale and purchase in the Kitsilano neighborhood of Vancouver. Joseph took the time to understand our needs for a new home and worked very hard to meet our goals while giving very good advice along the way. He is an excellent communicator both with clients and other agents and his soft skills helped with many intangible aspects of our transaction both on the sale and the purchase side. I am very happy with Joseph's work and would highly recommend Joseph as a Realtor to work with.

Joseph has been my realtor for many years. He is always helpful and tries to understand my or a client’s needs. In the most recent sale of an estate, he was able to sell it within a week or two. Quite fast considering the pandemic and it’s impact on the real estate market.
