Joesph is experienced, professional, and has excellent knowledge of the Vancouver real estate market, particularly in the Arbutus Walk area. He has a great personality and is very easy to work with. What was particularly gratifying was his attention to detail. A marketing strategy was outlined and precisely executed. We had good instruction on how to prepare the property for sale. He provided some hands on support in that regard. The property sold quickly at above listing price so needless to say we were very pleased with the results and the service level he provided. We would highly recommend Joesph to anyone about to buy or sell a property.

Joseph was extremely thorough, explaining all the details of the sale to us, and always staying in touch. We ran into COVID 19 but he was still able to show and sell within 6 weeks at nearly full asking. It was an estate sale, so a lot of emotions involved, but Joseph was able to understand and guide us through it all.
