<p>John Surtees has been a great realtor for myself, and many others. Very caring, helpful and genuinely cares about his clients. Would recommend him to any family or friends that are looking for a place to buy or sell!</p>

<p>I was lucky when I chose John to help me find a property that suited my specific needs. I wasn't even planning on buying for a couple years, but wanted to know the lay of the land. He sent me 3 separate profiles of properties that I wanted information on. and never once pressured me to buy. But when I did want to see properties and flew in to do so, he and his colleague set up viewings for me and spent the entire day with me travelling over half the island. Again- NO pressure. He then set up viewings for my family, looking FOR me, And then finally set up viewings for a good friend living locally to view a few more for me. I finally bought after 3 years, and then John and team continued to over deliver services. I was professionally assisted to meet inspectors, have water samples taken and more. paperwork was a breeze, negotiating advice helped me get a fair price. I could not have done this without such excellent service.<br /> Considering what I have seen from other agents in my home town- one pressuring a good friend to buy after only a few showings and telling my friend that she was wasting the agents time. My expectations were low, but now seeing what agents can and should be- I've re-evaluated the business. John and his team are Stellar. John was a huge help and patience, knowledge and helpfulness incarnate. I'm so impressed.</p>

<p>We would definitely recommend John to anyone buying/selling in the area. We've bought and sold many properties over the past 35 years on the mainland. Dealing with John on the purchase of our first island home, was by far, the best experience. He's extremely professional, knows the area well and is there when you need him. John is still in touch with us frequently after living here for 2 1/2 years now. We look forward to dealing with him again when we are ready to downsize into a retirement home.</p>
