This is my second time using Joe Salazar to complete a real estate transaction in the Orleans area. As always Joe was knowledgable, courteous, professional and an excellent communicator. The most I like about Joe is he does his research before suggesting a selling or buying strategy and in my opinion this is what separates Joe from the rest of the Ottawa real estate agents. I would not hesitate to use Joe again.

Joe and his team were fantastic. Finding a house can take a long time in this market with many failed attempts. Joe was always proactive to check in with us to see how he could help. He was always providing data to show us what the market was doing. Joe is honest and straight and very knowledgeable. I had never purchased a house before and everything was new and very surprising to me. He was always very responsive to emails, phone calls and texts. When we found the house we wanted, the process was very hectic and hurried. Joe got us in to see it even when it seemed that it wasn't possible and he guided us through to the a successful result for us. When it came time to sell our condo, he gave many tips to help us achieve the maximum value. It was sold in a matter of days at a price we were happy to receive.
