We called on Joe’s expertise for two things: (1) to give us pointers to improve our home staging and (2) to market our house for a QUICK sale at CURRENT market price. Boy, did Joe deliver. He gave us a list of tweaks designed to turn on the wow factor. He quickly determined our target buyers, and wrote an MLS description to incite them. His photographer took absolutely beautiful pictures. Our ad went live on Realtor.ca within 3 days. Following his strategy, we got 30 visits within a week and four offers.
