We met Joe during a showing at a home we were interesting in seeing. He was very professional and informative about the home we were visiting. We appreciated his low pressure approach. He was always easy to reach when we had questions and promptly got back to us with answers (i.e. housing market data). He was very helpful during the negotiations process which can be stressful at times. We are extremely happy with the outcome and look forward to moving to our new home in the spring.
