Joel Green was very professional in his approach. He made a preliminary visit to the house and quickly spotted several things that required attention, which would enhance the property with very little effort or cost to me. He was always available for questions, and gave me assistance when I needed contacts for various repairs, legal work, etc. He was willing to listen, and did not dismiss any concerns that I had. He went beyond any expectation I had of an agent - checking on the house regularly, which was across town and vacant. I would highly recommend Joel Green. He is a man with integrity. It was a very positive experience.
