Joel had been very insightful, thoughtful, and helpful throughout the whole remote home buying process. This is our first home buying experience and he is extremely patient with us and he taught us so much about all the features in a house that we never know existed. He has also been very honest about the house and explained the risks if we were to get the house and the cost of having those problems resolved. He also recommends a very nice mortgage broker and solicitor. He even offers help to take care of the house before we move in. Best first home buying experience, we definitely recommend Joel as your realtor.
