Joel was very knowledgeable no matter the neighborhoods we were visiting. He knew his structures well and had lots of information regarding structural pitfalls of the house or pointing out great structural buildings as well. He was very calm and understanding with us as brand new buyers and took us through every step. He helped us finally find out forever lot and is constantly helping us talk with the builders of our home and help us understand the next steps that are required for building a house. I would recommend him to everyone.

My search for a real estate agent to sell my cottage was filled with some anxiety, as I didn’t know any agents, and was concerned that all the good agents might decline to assist in the selling of a property located 90 minutes outside the city. A long-time friend recommended that I contact Joel Green from CENTURY 21 Bachman & Associates, and I am sure glad I did. From the beginning, Joel advised me on every step that would be taken to sell my cottage, and he made the experience enjoyable. He explained all the costs in selling, and developed a timeline for the development of the listing, viewing the cottage and taking photos, activating the listing, receiving and accepting offers, and closing the purchase. This was the first time I had sold property, and throughout the process, Joel displayed patience and understanding as he answered my many questions. He was easily available by text or email, responded to messages quickly, and communicated with me frequently, providing regular updates. He conducted a review of the cottage market and provided a list of comparable properties and their prices. Joel impressed me by his commitment to an ethical approach to real estate transactions, as evidenced by working with me to establish a selling price that would be fair for both the buyer and seller. He set a date to accept offers, and met with me later on that day to review the offers. We reviewed each offer thoughtfully, in a process that lasted well over two hours. He never rushed the process, and did not push me to accept any particular offer. The cottage sold for above asking. I highly recommend Joel Green to anyone in need of a real estate agent, and I will call upon Joel again when I sell my principal residence. He is knowledgeable, ethical, supportive and kind. He exudes all the qualities of a trusted professional, as well as those of a good friend.
