I have had the pleasure of working with Jessica twice since 2017. She came highly recommended by a friend and I'm so grateful to have met her. Jessica was an excellent resource and agent for the purchase of my very first property and five years later for my partner and mine's first property purchased together. She is very communicative, honest and dependable. She demonstrated patience, especially for my first purchase when I was very nervous. She found properties that met my criteria and was both straightforward and kind when listings were either not suitable, out of budget or impractical. I always felt Jessica was on our side and available for questions. I would be thrilled to work with Jessica again in the future.

Jessica is an exemplary Realtor and one we've used for the buying/selling of a few of our condos/house. This was our first experience of real estate purchase in Canada, and we were rather worried about how it would go. Jessica was recommended by my friend. From the moment we met her, we were convinced that she will be able to help us. During the first meeting we set up our expectations, and she explained the market and purchase procedures. We didn't expect to find a condo so fast, but with regular updates from her, we found our perfect home in a month or so. After we found the apartment, she helped with every step of the purchase and made it less stressful. Moreover, she is always available to help us find an electrician, plumber, or whoever we need for apartment improvements.

Jessica was always on time and prepared for the listings we reviewed. Jessica was knowledgeable, relaxed and confident during my transaction journey. During the process, Jessica pointed out many factors to consider at each property and was very efficient to provide any further information I required as I narrowed down my decision to purchase. The negotiations and home inspection moved forward in an organized manner, she passed on her thoughts and recommendations. A real estate transaction can be quite stressful, Jessica helped me keep things in perspective and my anxiety throughout remained low.
