I am a 71 year old senior and have bought and sold many homes in my lifetime. I expect this will be my last. While doing this I have encountered good and mediocre real estate agents. As a general rule I am quite careful about who I do business of any kind. The expression "saving the best for the last" certainly applies to Jessica Smith. She is an exceptional person in all areas. I felt comfortable with her and what she was proposing immediately. She and the team she assembled were creative, professional and straight forward. She sent me the proof of her work before publishing it and all I could say was "Wow". My condo was sold on the first day of showings at a price higher then I had expected and she remained focused on it until the final completion date. Should I ever decide to find another place she will be my first choice at having as my representative with no hesitation.

This is an invaluable service that Jessica provides to her past clients, because it helps avoid issues of no-shows and other unprofessional practices that are so common among handymen and contractors in the city.
