Jessica is an exemplary Realtor and one we've used for the buying/selling of a few of our condos/house. She's been responsive, professional, creative and dedicated throughout the process in addition to being supportive and patient! Sometimes the journey is not always linear when looking for the perfect home and Jessica has thoughtfully guided us throughout the process. Jessica supported stylishly staging and cleaning our home and also was very helpful in recommending vendors to use when we were looking to do some electrical and plumbing jobs. This was our first experience of real estate purchase in Canada, and we were rather worried about how it would go. Jessica was recommended by my friend. From the moment we met her, we were convinced that she will be able to help us. During the first meeting we set up our expectations, and she explained the market and purchase procedures. We didn't expect to find a condo so fast, but with regular updates from her, we found our perfect home in a month or so. After we found the apartment, she helped with every step of the purchase and made it less stressful. Moreover, she is always available to help us find an electrician, plumber, or whoever we need for apartment improvements.

Jessica was always on time and prepared for the listings we reviewed. Jessica was knowledgeable, relaxed and confident during my transaction journey. During the process, Jessica pointed out many factors to consider at each property and was very efficient to provide any further information I required as I narrowed down my decision to purchase. The negotiations and home inspection moved forward in an organized manner, she passed on her thoughts and recommendations. A real estate transaction can be quite stressful, Jessica helped me keep things in perspective and my anxiety throughout remained low.
