Jeremy was a pleasure to work with! He always went above and beyond for us and was very patient. He got us into our dream house quickly and sold our old townhouse within 5 days of listing! He has an awesome personality and was seemingly always available for us whenever we needed him! Every time I saw him he met me with my favourite coffee drink and he left us a super generous gift when we got the keys to our new place! He is a newer realtor but don't let that scare you away. He knows what he is doing! I would highly recommend Jeremy. :)

I can't say enough good things about dealing with Jeremy on the purchase of a condo in Edmonton. He was helpful, knowledgable, and personable throughout the entire process. As an out-of-town buyer, I was unable to get to Edmonton to see listings in person but Jeremy was able to scope out places on my behalf. My husband and I were looking for a home with an unusually short closing time- less than 2 months from first contact. Not only did Jeremy agree to work with that, he found us a place that met every need- in suite laundry, newer floors and updated appliances, and a low condo fee. All of this, on a first time buyers small budget and not only that, but while we were in another province. We bought our home with Jeremy sight unseen and we have no regrets. From sending videos, attending the inspection, describing smells in the home, recommending a broker, telling us all about the area- by the time we got to our new home, it felt familiar already. Jeremy was never pushy, always available, and truly went above and beyond. He recommended and let in a wonderful cleaner so we didn't have to sanitize on arrival after our 14 hour drive, and left us a sweet gift with a welcome home sign inside. I have and will continue to recommend him to my friends and family. He handled everything flawlessly- in the inspection, he negotiated the repairs before the inspection was even complete. Less than two months later we are sitting in our first home, thrilled with having worked with him.

Jeremy was such a great real estate agent for us! This was the first time we had bought a home, and we had no idea what to expect or how to go about the process. Jeremy was there from the beginning all the way to the end. He went above and beyond the expectations!! If we had a question that wasn't necessarily in his wheelhouse, he would ask the appropriate people and find the answer, so that we didn't have to. Looking for homes wasn't awkward, as Jeremy is a very personable person, and he made us feel comfortable in situations that can sometimes be uncomfortable. Jeremy listened to all of the criteria we where looking for in a home, and each home that we looked at checked all of our boxes. He cared about us, and what we were looking for in a home. We ended up finding a home that "fit the bill!" Jeremy was so prompt with the whole process, and he gave us updates through out. It always seemed like he was one step ahead. And he was with us, making sure everything went smooth, right up until the keys where handed over. "Jeremy! Jermey! He's our guy!" 5 Gold Stars !!
