Had an absolutely wonderful experience with Jeremy as the Realtor selling my house! He was incredibly kind, transparent, and informative through every step of the process. He has the superb ability to offer his professional opinion and explain the reasoning behind it, while simultaneously holding space and support for me to make my own decisions at the end of the day. Cannot recommend enough!

Jeremy sold my house over asking and helped me buy my current house under asking. He made the process rather easy in what was challenging housing market (2022). It took some time to find the right house in my limited search area, but Jeremy never made me feel pressured to overextend my budget or compromise on location. I have nothing but good things to say about Jeremy and his professionalism and positive demeanour and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell property.
