He was extremely communicative and easy to reach to answer any of our questions at all times. He always responded to my demands of scheduling showings for the next day with a smile. We recently both sold our house and bought a new one using Jeremy. Our sale went smoothly, he made solid recommendations to ensure we were marketable to buyers. We never felt pressured to accept a low offer and ended up getting what we thought was fair for our home. He was knowledgeable and patient with us during our house hunt. He spent many hours showing us homes and didn't complain once about going to see all the quirky fixer-uppers my husband needed to go look at (there were a lot!). Jeremy is a fabulous communicator and is very transparent. We ran into a couple of snags with our purchase, through no fault of Jeremy, and he was supportive and understanding of our concerns and ensured that we felt confident in our purchase. Jeremy was fantastic to work with! We were new to Edmonton but had a specific style of house/neighbourhood that we were interested in and he helped us find a wonderful house within our budget! He also negotiated the price of the house down as well to help cover the costs of installing a new water heater/other small household repairs. He's very professional, showed up exactly when he says he will and always responds to our questions within the hour. I hope I don't need to buy another house for a long time, but if I do, I know who we'll call!
