I used Jennifer to both buy my condominium and then again to sell it a couple years later. When purchasing, she warned me that the condominium market was not great, and that resale would be difficult. However, when she sold it for me, it took less than a week to get an offer and I got more than I had expected. If anything, I would say she always overdelivers. Would definitely recommend!

Jennifer is awesome! She sold our house super quickly and priced it super fair. She answered any and all of our questions without hesitation and was always clear in her responses. She is super knowledgeable and trustworthy and always makes time for you! She is funny and personable and fit right in with our personalities! Definitely a people person! Her team also provided us with sanitizer, antibacterial wipes and covid 19 signs which really put my mind at ease while having showings! She also dealt with my anxieties really well and always stayed calm with me! I would recommend her a million times!!!
