We had the best experience with jay. We actually hired Jay to just sell our home and live in an apartment for while so we can manage our finance situation and maybe to buy a house in couple of years. I had come to know of Jay because of a house he sold in my neighborhood. So when it came to selling my house, I had thought of meeting him to know his terms and conditions along with meeting a couple of other realtors. He was the first one we met and after meeting him, we didn't think it was necessary to meet anyone else. Over the next few days, we discussed about the updates we needed to do to the house, and he brought a professional staging consultant to advice on the light fixtures, paint etc. We were moving out of town so had to rely on him to arrange painting, carpet removal, cleaning etc. Jay was kind enough to handle all of those things with reasonable charges. The house of course looked beautiful after the staging and we were delighted to see it in pictures. Jay advised on the strategy to bring in the best offer. We in fact got a good offer the very next day of listing but Jay advised us to hold on for a few more days and collect all offers on the same day to give more buyers a chance to put in offers. Our house was sold much over asking on the 6th day and needless to say we got multiple offers. Even after the sale, Jay helped us by checking our mails and posting us the important ones. We were a first time home seller and I am glad that we chose Jay to list our house. He made the whole process a breeze and got us more than what we expected. He knows his job, has a friendly attitude and the utmost professional ethics. If you are looking to sell your house, don't look any further!
