I was so worried if my house was going to sell , as I failed to sell earlier. I met with Jay and he give me the assurance that this time my house will sell, I just needed to follow his advice. He brought a team of professionals who painted the entire house , changed the basement flooring and carpet and made the necessary changes in the bathrooms. He sold my house in two weeks although it was the time when the interest rate increased and that slowed down the market. He sold my house over the asking price of 2.5K.
