I have known Jay for many years from when he first sold my parent’s home. He has been a trustworthy agent for my family and friends, for buying and selling. He goes above and beyond to make sure we always get the best deal. He is very detailed oriented and knowledgeable as he will ask all the necessary questions on our behalf and guide us through the process. You will have so much confidence working with Jay with his years of experience. He looks out for your best deals and meets your demands while being practical. Jay is an excellent agent. We were buying and selling at the same time and as inexperienced buyers and sellers we depended on Jay a lot and his experience really showed in how well he got us through both with the least amount of friction. He was really invested in our interest and happiness and was patient with our demands. He was available at any time and was quick to respond to any questions or concerns.
