<p>Janet was fantastic! We were looking to make a lifestyle change and move to Collingwood from Toronto. Janet was referred to us by our agent back in the city and we were very happy with her knowledge of the area and expertise. She even helped us find a great contractor who could finish the basement for us! Our home search had it's ups and downs but in the end, we found a great family home with the west-facing backyard we wanted. We're recommending her to our other friends who are looking to make the same lifestyle switch.</p>
