Janet was amazing overall. She listened to my wishes and wants of what I was looking for in Collingwood and was very patient. She actually helped me to focus my attention on what I really wanted when I was torn in my options. I was travelling in from Toronto and found her very accommodating to my schedule. I would recommend Janet to anyone looking for a seasonal property or a new home!

Janet was an absolute joy to work with for the purchase of our resort home in Collingwood. It took us a while to figure out what type of home we wanted as our first ever “second” home, but as son as we knew what we wanted, Janet identified the perfect place in no time, negotiated an amazing deal and was professional and patient throughout , with compassion for the emotional side of home purchasing and offering excellent expertise and associates on all aspects of the process from finance to legal and home decor! We would thoroughly recommend Janet to anyone looking to make Collingwood and the surrounding area their home or second home.
