We were impressed with Janet's enthusiasm, and professionalism from the start and felt confident she would be able to fill our needs as described. Although inventory was at an unusual low for our budget, she managed to keep finding possibilities even outside the box we had described. We were kept informed, and advised every step of the way.</p> <p>Her personal, unsolicited generosity and passion for what she does was beyond what we had experienced in the past, as we had connected with 2 other realtors in the same area, prior to engaging Janet. No comparison!!</p> <p>We can highly recommend Janet for any homeowners need, and even recommended her to close friends who have just found their 'forever home' nearby. They'd had the exact same experience prior to engaging Janet.. and are 'over the moon' with their own results. I would not hesitate to continue to refer her to others...</p>

She makes it very easy to establish a long working relationship with her. I would highly recommend choosing Janet as your realtor! <p>Janet is a fantastic agent to work with we were so happy to have her working with us on our search. She really helped us understand what types of properties were available at various price points and helped to focus our search. She knew the neighborhoods in the Collingwood area very well which was great since we were not from the area. She was always very responsive and a pleasure to deal with....even the sellers agent expressed how impressed he was with Janet!
