<p>Janet’s response time is quick, and it feels like she works 24/7. She operates at a much faster pace than her peers in her area. Janet often will continue to work on her vacation to ensure we were supported and our questions were answered.<br /> Janet is very knowledgeable about the real estate conditions in her market area. It is quite often that her predictions on transactions actually occur.<br /> Janet is resourceful, when she is not aware of a data element or factor, she does her due diligence to get the correct information<br /> Janet is connected and networks very well. She knows the key players in the real estate environment and is able to leverage these relationships for her clients benefit.<br /> Janet is always available and she always make us feel like we are her priority. She makes it very easy to establish a long working relationship with her. I would highly recommend choosing Janet as your realtor! We would definitely continue to work with her if we had to complete a transaction in her area.</p>
