After interviewing some of the best agents in Winnipeg we decided to go with Jamie Swaile to sell our home and we couldn't be happier with our decision. He was honest and clear throughout the whole process and helped us to understand how to list our house properly. We were looking for an experienced agent with a heavy social media presence and strategic thinking because the odds were not in our favor. He was that guy. We followed his plan and were able to sell our house in a week beating three similar properties on our street that were listed before ours. We highly recommend Jamie to be your agent, he is not just a good professional but also a lovely person. He is committed to make the experience less stressful and proved that by promptly helping us with many details even after we moved out and his job was technically already done.
