Jamie is an expert. He understands sellers expectations and needs, as well as buyer behavior. He took care everything, making the experience headache free for us. Painters, cleaners and photo/video were all done in a timely matter, working around our schedule. He listed our house quickly and had great recommendations for list price, which we followed. We had multiple offers and sold for close to 5% over asking even with high interest rates. Throughout the process, Jamie’s communication skills and deep knowledge of the sale process were phenomenal. He always answered phone calls and responded to texts within 5 minutes. Jamie’s energetic, eclectic personality is a breath of fresh air compared to other realtors - his house tour videos and social media content are creative and unique, making your property stand out above the rest. We could not recommend Jamie any more highly.
