Having found Jamie is one of the best things that has happened to us in Canada. Just as much as he made buying a house in a new city couple of years ago a cakewalk, he sold our house without us having to lift our fingers - literally. A family emergency meant that we couldn’t be present to help clean or get the house ready for the showing. Jamie did all the work, kept us updated throughout, and sold the house for over asking. You couldn’t go wrong with choosing Jamie as your realtor, selling or buying. He is genuine, friendly, easy-going, down-to-earth, and an excellent professional. He knows the market and works for you. Jamie is an incredible agent. He went above and beyond any time he could - he offered to help me shovel the driveway if it snowed during showing days, the day I was preparing for the showing he actually grabbed the vacuum and got right in there helping out as I did last minute cleaning. If there was something Jamie could do to make your experience better, he did it, without a second thought. He gave great advice on how to renovate my house to get a better selling price. I did everything he said and we got a great selling price for our house. He knows his stuff, knows what sells, knows the housing market. He is super energetic and cheerful and always willing to answer your questions. There is nothing negative I can say about him. If you have him as your agent, you're lucky and you will be well taken care of.

Jamie explained things to us in a manner that we could understand and unhurried. That was important to us. No pressure was also important to us. He was pleasant to have in our home...professional-friendly. He replied promptly..in good timing to questions we had. He was down to earth..like us. HE WORKED FOR US. I definitely would refer him to others, and if in our decision to do, we'd not hesitate to call on him again IF we ever purchased or sold another property. He left a few other agents we had in our past life in the dust by a long shot. The one good agent we had in our past passed away, so Jamie filled some big shoes. Thank-you Jamie. God Bless him!
