We were so busy trying to clean and do some touch up things before we were ready to sell. When Jamie walked in the door and said stop what you are doing and we will finish the rest - it was a big sigh of relief. So we could now concentrate on our new condo rental we were moving to. It was a pleasure working with Jamie. Would highly recommend him to others.

Jaime was the best agent I've not only ever had (3 homes) but even known. He is so energetic, friendly, gracious and above everything else, his interest was not in his commission (as I've had with 2 other agents in the past) but in what was absolutely best for me. He gave me the totally right input as for what I needed to do to my home to present to prospective buyers. Other agents I've had in the past did not do this. They were willing to have me do thinks to sell the house that I really didn't need to and ended up in more expense for me. Jaime did not do this. He also came and helped me move a lot of heavy stuff to the crawl space in order to show the basement better. He was so accommodating, and he was really reliable. He came when he said he would, he was always so bright, energetic.. he loves what he does. Not because of the financial benefit to him... by the way.... there is NOTHING wrong with that... but he simply loves the activity. His love for people and interactions shows in his work. I would never want any other agent ever again. I have since recommended him to 2 more people who will be in need of the absolutely right agent to get for the job. And he has also now... become a friend. He was also referred to me by a friend. There is no better promotion than that.

Jaime was great to work with. He was quick to respond to all my questions. He got me a great price on the Condo I purchased. I recommend him without hesitation.
