Simply put, James is brilliant to work with. My partner and I purchased our first home recently, and it would not have been possible without him. His willingness to talk you through each step was so incredibly helpful, even if that call came in at 9 or 930 at night. He made things happen for us quickly - in only a few weeks James was able to find us a place that we're so happy in (and got for less than asking price no less!). I don't doubt the long hours it would have taken to get this done for us. And beyond all that, he was able to connect us with the right people throughout the process, making solid recommendations that worked out perfectly. I would absolutely recommend James as your realtor.

James helped me purchase my first home and I can say that I am glad I didn't go with anyone else. James' professionalism, communication, and support were top notch. I was always able to reach out an James typically got back to me within seconds.

James was great to work with in assisting me in my condo sale. He was very knowledgeable and always kept me up to date on the status every step of the way. His attention to detail and approach was refreshing to work with. You can really tell that James cared about making sure I was happy and satisfied throughout the process. He got me top dollar from my sale which concluded in less than a week. He worked overtime to ensure this got through even during the peak of the holidays. I couldn't recommend James enough to represent you for your Real Estate sale or purchase needs.

As first time home buyers, we were very nervous to start the home buying process. James was warm, friendly and patient; he explained everything we needed to know about the process and put us at ease. He was communicative, always available if we had any questions or concerns, and encouraged us to learn and be as involved as possible. His knowledge and connections were very helpful, and we were able to purchase a home which we thought would have been beyond our reach. Very happy customers!

<p>James made buying our first house (in a rush) an amazing experience. He helped win our bidding war under budget. He even negotiated in terms i never knew to ask about. During our walkthroughs and inspections he was able to explain all the features of the house. He recommended great people for our mortgage, insurance and everything else we needed. <p>My wife and I bought our first home in Port Moody this summer with help from James. We were originally a little intimidated by the whole process, and we had some trepidation about finding an agent who'd actually look out for our best interested.</p> <p>But from the moment we reached out to him, James set us at ease. He took the time to get to know our tastes and our preferences, sending us a curated list of properties that matched our description and then taking us to view a variety of places to really dial in what we were looking for. We viewed town-homes, loft-style condos, and units in high rises but eventually learned that we had a strong preference for the feel of a low-rise unit. Throughout the day, I had the sense he was less concerned with closing a deal than making sure we had everything we needed to make a decision that was right for us.</p> <p>When we decided on a place we liked, James helped us make an offer that suited us and then worked doubly hard to make sure we knew the process. And when we ran into difficult situation outside of our control, James helped us get us get all our ducks in a row so that we could secure the place fast. He brought us all the documents we needed, secured an excellent home inspector, drove into Vancouver to pick up a bank draft, and ran us through the entire process in less than 24-hours. Though it took a lot of effort on both ends, the purchase went through successfully--and we really couldn't be happier with James' service.</p> <p>James is an exceedingly friendly, down-to-earth agent. He's professional, but never stiff or overly slick. He's got a sense of humour and is exceedingly candid. And he's not interested in putting pressure on you to buy. I got the feeling if it the process of finding the place took six months--instead of less than a week, as it did--he'd still have been happy to work with us to make sure we found a place we'd love. I'd recommend him especially to buyers who may not be real estate moguls but have a lot of specific requirements for their home.</p>
