After working with other realtors prior to James, it was a night and day difference between those realtors and the level of customer service, support, and dedication that James provided to us as homebuyers. He was there at every step of the way and always available to answer any questions. We are so confident with James' level of expertise that since buying our first place, we have already referred James to a family member who has now successfully purchased a place as well. James is the best! He is thorough and professional and great to work with. He was extremely communicative and easy to reach to answer any of my questions at any time. When we first started to look at places, he booked a full day of showings so quick that I saw and some that he recommended that were in my range of interest - it was great to have them all in one day and he was super accommodating of my schedule. When I found THE place - he put in the offer super quick and helped me through all of the subject removal items and kept in touch with me at all times to make sure we were on schedule. I'll definitely use his expertise again with all my future dealings with real estate. I highly recommend James, he'll find your new dream home!

James was amazing through the entire process of buying our place. He is attentive, communicative, timely and professional, but is also always calm and never pushy. He worked to understand us and our requirements, and made great suggestions of areas and buildings we hadn't considered. His knowledge of the tri-cities is a huge asset as is his experience in the market. His negotiation skills won us our place in a multiple bid situation!
