James was a neighbour of my father who had lived in the condo, and he took the initiative to reach out to me when he had recognized that the unit had remained empty after my father's passing. James provided the friendly encouragement I needed to get the process started, and was there to share his expertise and support throughout the process. James is an amazing real estate agent with a great understanding of the market and the skills to help get what you need. We were first time sellers and had no idea of how everything was going to go, but James was really good at coming up with a plan and running through all the details with us. He answered our questions and put our minds at ease. He knows what he's doing when it comes to negotiating and being a strong advocate for what we wanted and just made the process feel so smooth and easy. We obtained numerous offers and many well above asking price! When it came to buying, he was great at providing potential listings for us and being able to arrange visits at almost what seemed like the drop of a hat. He was able to help us get what we needed and for below asking! This guy is the real deal and extremely down to earth. We would absolutely recommend him to any friends, or family and would gladly utilize his services again. (although hopefully not for at least a few years!) haha
