Jacki is by far the best real estate agent I've ever used !! She's sold my last 2 houses and helped me buy as well. She works very hard and she works smart, plus she's such a nice person. In this industry I think that's a great advantage, to have an agent who's liked by you and potential buyers ! She works hard behind the scenes to get you the offer that you want. Sold in 2 weeks with 12 other offerings in the same high end retirement village.

Given the current market conditions, it was almost a lost cause when we asked Jacki to help out and sell our property. We were in a difficult situation, and had the worst case scenario in mind. Jacki was able to change our life around, literally. In the most difficult of scenarios and given all its variables, she was able to break it all down with us, walked with us step by step, distinguish key hurdles and guide us through our difficult times. We are forever grateful for her help. Both Jacki and Chester has been patience with us in every bad and good turn during our entire selling and renting process. For information I did not know or for wandering into territories unknown, she was not afraid to seek professional opinions from her partners and peers and state the blunt and obvious, no sugar coating but a lot of down to earth advices and great guidance. Throughout our time with her, it was obvious she had our best interest at heart, regularly updating us on changes, checking us if were ok, following up on anything we might of missed. I felt at ease with every decisions I made, confident i had the best information available. She really is one of the best in her field, knowledgeable, professional and yet compassionate. I worked with Jacki Lam Real Estate and her team for both buying and selling of our house and it was the best decision. From our very 1st conversations with Jacki and Chester it was clear that they had an intimate understanding of real estate, the process and plenty of experience in all types of markets. They were able to guide us through the transactions with ease and always answered our questions clearly and patiently. When buying our new home they pointed out many things that we didn't even think of. They truly wanted us to find a house we loved, not just to make a sale. They were concerned that we also made a good investment for the future and our family. As you know it was a crazy market this past year (2021-2022) but we never felt rushed by Jacki and Chester. For every house we looked at they were able to estimate within 1-2 % what it would sell for. It was actually very impressive. Most importantly it demonstrated they are experts in the field. They were always one step ahead, making sure we had all the correct information to help us make an informed decision. As for selling our house that was a more stressful situation since we were unfortunately heading into a balanced market. But they helped us navigate this uncertainty by providing us with supporting data for all of their advice as well doing their best to generate Interest in our house. They worked hard to connect with other agents to get as much feedback as possible from people who viewed our house so that we knew what to improve on if we could. They kept us in the loop every step of the way and spared no expense to make sure we had the best exposure; such as staging, virtual tours, feature sheets, open houses, etc. So much can be said about their expertise, but what really stood out was their kindness and empathy in understanding that this was a very difficult journey and sometimes we needed a lot of encouragement to make a decision. Jacki is very good at bringing you the information, comparables and helping you look at things from different perspectives. This made us feel good about our decisions.
