<p><br /> We first met Jacki in February when we were interviewing a handful of<br /> agents to determine who we were going to list with. Within the first few<br /> minutes of our meeting, we knew that Jacki was the right agent for us.<br /> She was well prepared, professional and was able to sell us on her<br /> knowledge of our area and what she thought our selling strategy should<br /> be. Prior to us even making a decision on who to list with, Jackie<br /> contacted us requesting a viewing for two potential buyers, one of which<br /> who even made an offer on our house. Though that offer didn't quite pan<br /> out, Jacki never once pressured us to sign with her or even to accept the<br /> offer. It was her honest approach that sold us and encouraged us to make<br /> the formal decision and list with her.</p> <p>A few months later we put our house up for sale, with the intention of<br /> selling with a closing date in the late summer once our new house closed.<br /> After listing we were advised that the closing date on our new house was<br /> delayed till mid October. We were so stressed and were convinced that<br /> this could have a negative effect on people wanting to buy our house.</p> <p>Jacki didn't even flinch. She was calm, cool and collected, which must've<br /> been contagious cause it made us feel like everything was going to be<br /> just fine, and sure enough everything turned out just fine, well actually<br /> even better than fine. We sold in a week, for a price that was well<br /> above asking(and our expectations) and with our October closing date.</p> <p>If you want an agent who is honest, professional and knowledgeable, than<br /> Jacki is the right agent for you!</p> <p>Thanks Jacki for all you support, it is apparent that your strong results<br /> are attributed to your hard work and tremendous efforts.
