If I could give more than five stars, I would, because Ina is truly a phenomenal real estate agent. Ina Halko has integrity, commitment, and a great heart. She was honest about challenges with buying a new house and extremely helpful. Being fairly new to the real estate market, I always felt comfortable asking her questions and trusted that she would steer me right. And that she did it. I am very thankful to Ina for buying an excellent house for my family. I wouldn't recommend anyone else looking to buy real estate in Toronto, Ina Halko is the best of the best.

We recently bought a condominium with the help of Ina. She is a hard working professional, she was able to take care of everything smoothly- from getting the desirable price to completing all the detailed paperwork. We were really nervous about buying our first home until a friend of us recommended to call Ina and she introduced us the entire buying process including getting mortgage. Even though we had gotten pre-approved with our bank, Ina was able to beat that rate and have everything approved very quickly. She showed us 12 homes during two days on Eglinton Avenue and after revisiting two of them we put an offer. Ina was able to negotiate the price which we were willing to pay. Now we live in our dream home and really happy here. Ina, thank you so much!!!
