<p>It is with pleasure and gratitude that we share comments on our experience with Ina Halko in the sale of our home, and purchase of our new home. The experience at each phase of the sales effort was superior, such as marketing and responsiveness to potential buyers, and also useful insights on pre-listing renovations/staging, effective showings and proactive facilitation during the sale negotiations/due diligence. Ina also was an integral part of our purchase of our new home, and I must say her willingness to just help us out at every stage, looking at properties/negotiating/insight on sales made the experience feel effortless. All of these tasks, whether business-related or interpersonal, were accomplished with a noticeable degree of competence, humility, integrity and excellent service. We will continue to use her services because we know she always has our best interest at heart.</p>

<p>I had only a few weeks to find a suitable condo unit in Toronto downtown area. Ina went all out for me. She is an expert in the local neighborhood, and a great teacher. She learnt my likes and dislikes based on the first few condos we saw and showed me the perfect unit on our third outing.<br /> I strongly recommend Ina! She is a great balance of expertise and personality. Her single priority is meeting the needs of her clients. She will work hard to provide excellent service. She is real.</p>

<p>Ina is simply the best in real estate from start to finish. She sold our house in Richmond Hill and found us our new dream home in Newmarket. I would recommend Ina to anyone and everyone. Everything she did from start to finish was very professional and timely. We were brand new to the whole process and were completely unsure as to what to expect when selling a property. Ina gave us clear direction and understanding. She guided us in the listing process by giving us comparable properties in the area. Ina hired professionals to advertise our property. The flyers and virtual tour were amazing! Ina sold our house in 2 days and brought us $45,000!!! over asking price. We have never even hoped that we could get that high price. We never once felt that she was in business for a commission check but rather to see that we were happy and reassured through the whole process. She was reliable and we really trusted her. Ina also did an AMAZING job helping us to find the most fantastic home, and we really couldn't be happier. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy a home!</p>

<p>As a first-time homebuyer, I was embarking into unfamiliar territory and was seeking a knowledgeable and approachable agent. I also knew that I wanted to take my time and find a property that I could afford, and that also met my needs. I was very thorough in my search for an agent and found that along with other great qualities, Ina possessed what I was looking for in an agent.</p> <p>Ina demonstrated patience because a couple of weeks passed before I saw a property that I liked. When I did see something, Ina was enthusiastic to show the properties. She even prepared her own selection of what she thought I would be interested in viewing.</p> <p>I also appreciated that Ina was very accessible and always invited me to contact her, by phone or email, if I had any questions or concerns; she responded in a timely fashion, too.</p> <p>She understood my needs as well as good-quality, building construction and as a result brought me to great locations. Ina exposed me to possibilities! For example, she brought me to a property that I would have overlooked because the condo unit did not have everything that I wanted. This building turned out to be just what I was looking for because 3 months after I started my property search (in a red hot, Toronto real estate market) I closed on a different unit (perfect for me) at the same address.</p> <p>I would recommend Ina to anyone seeking an honest and approachable agent who is skilled at identifying their clients' needs and delivering.</p> <p>Thanks, Ina</p>
