<p>I chose Ina Halko to sell my condo unit in downtown Toronto. I interviewed three agents from different real estate firms, and Ina was the most impressive - she was warm and friendly and also very knowledgeable and professional, a nice combination and it made her stand out in the crowd. She helped me with pricing, advertised my unit so well. The unit sold quickly at the highest price for any unit in the building. Thank you Ina so much for a great experience.</p>

<p>Ina is a real estate professional who knows her market and knows the real estate business. We have used Ina on three occasions in both buying and selling capacities. She is a focused listener who will find you the house you seek. She is a savvy marketer when it comes time to sell. She knows what to do to get your house on the market, fixes to make it show well, and knows at what price to list for a quick sale. Her photographer was such a professional! People were oohing and aahing about our photos and virtual tour! Finally, our home sold in about three days much over asking price! <p><br /> I contacted Ina after a terrible experience with my previous realtor. Although he came highly recommended by a friend (who neglected to mention that they were related!), it was soon evident that he did not have much experience. I fell in love with a property and with his "help" placed an offer which was accepted. It wasn't till after all the paperwork was processed did I realize that he did not negotiate the deal he said he would get me and instead gave the seller full asking price! After many more errors and bad advice, deadlines were missed and the deal unfortunately fell through. I was so disappointed since I thought it was my dream home. A few months later I came across this site and looked up realtors in my area. Ina immediately answered my email and within a few days had a list of places for us to visit. She was very knowledgeable of the area and knew the market well. I felt that she listened to me and found places that were within my budget and had most of the items on my wish list. It wasn't long until we found the perfect home for me. As soon as I told her I was interested in placing an offer, she researched comparable properties and suggested a reasonable offer. She explained the process to me and let me know what I could expect going forward. As a first time homebuyer I had lots of questions and Ina was always available day and night, including when she was away on vacation!
