My agent Ina Halko was excellent! I used her services to sell my condo and buy a bigger place. She stayed on top of everything and sold my property in one day for a top dollar after I listed with her. The staging was done for free. Her photographer was very professional as well. After selling she found a new beautiful place for me that I really love. Everything was done very smoothly and with no stress. Ina is the best Realtor. I highly recommend her to not only sell or buy a property, but to get any advice or consultation concerning real estate resale, investments, pre-construction, mortgage, taxes, etc.

It was a great experience working with my realtor, Ina Halko. In the stressful process of selling selling my condo and buying a new house, Ina was patient, attentive, and calming. Her approach was adaptive and organised. She considered all of my needs, the location, the neighbourhood, the methods of transportation in the area, size of the house, the basement arrangement, everything! She is a very knowledgable professional who answered all my questions and helped with all my concerns. She was quick to follow up on emails, calls, texts, etc. and made sure to contact me to make sure if documents were signed or to simply inquire about my emotional state. My wife and I bought a condo with Ina's help. Purchasing a condo in Toronto wasn’t an easy task that we aimed to accomplish during challenging time of pandemic and completive real estate market in summer 2021. Ina was very generous with her time. She committed to accommodate all viewing we decided to have, and helped us with multiple offers we put forward, Ina’s approach was very responsive, friendly, and professional from the beginning all the way to the end. We definitely recommend her for any prospect clients in Toronto area, and will consider her again as our real estate agent in future.

My family had an amazing experience with Ina! From the very first time we met I knew I made the right choice. We sold our condo and purchased an amazing townhouse with her. Ina seems to be available 24/7 ;) she is very nice, knowledgeable and experienced. I especially appreciate her service considering the overheated market we have right now, I feel like she did everything she could and even more. When we sold our condo she helped us to organize the process, it was our first time selling so all her advises were very helpful! As a result, we got even more than expected ;) Purchasing a house was a different story, again don’t forget about the market we have to deal with! First of all, due to her experience she knew all about pros and cons of the areas and houses we were looking at which helped us to find a right one according to our family’s needs. Ina always worked with our schedule and found time if we wanted to see a house within next couple hours. We had to participate in few biddings and I do think that we got our house thanks to Ina, her exceptional communication skills and ability to find a special approach to every person. I should mention that during all this process I was very pregnant and we had pretty limited time to find a house, so I felt like we were a priority to her (but I am sure she makes all her customers feel the same ;)) And 3 weeks prior to my due date we had the offer signed! Even after we had purchased a house and moved in she was following up to make sure everything went well. I appreciate her attitude so much! A good agent makes a difference, I had an experience in the past and I can compare. I highly recommend Ina Halko to everyone who is looking to purchase a dream house!
