I've just finalized a downtown Toronto condo purchase, and I could not have been happier with having Ina by side through this process. I've worked with agents in the past, but Ina has been the only one suited for this competitive market. She is extremely quick in responding to communication, organizing viewings, and communicating with other parties. Viewing condos, in the downtown area in particular, can be difficult but Ina was so well organized, efficient, and extremely flexible in allowing me to view as many or as few condos in whatever time I was available during the day. While viewing, I received honest feedback on properties from her. Not once did I feel any pressure or hurry with regard to any property. I was made to feel comfortable with every step of the buying process, and Ina had the answers to all of my questions. I cannot recommend Ina enough if you are serious about purchasing a property in this market!
