Dianne was amazing to work with. She helped me so much 3 years ago before purchasing my condo and she helped me again in selling my condo and buying my next home. I highly recommend. This is the second time I have asked Corinne and DiAnne to help sell and buy a home. Both times were very positive experiences. Corinne was very knowledgeable about the neighbourhood I was buying into, as she is a resident herself. The price set on my condo changed from their recommended amount to $10k more due to the competition in the neighbourhood. Mine got sold in 2 days. I think it is a great idea to first put the COMING SOON sign. I learned that one has to do their homework on price affordability and stick to homes in your price range, not take the pre-approved mortgage amount offered by the bank. Also making this amount clear to the agents early on. I bought a townhouse $20k less than my condo and I maintain my mortgage payments at the same level. Especially since I will be retiring in less than 2 years I will not make the mistake of being house poor. Thank you Corinne and DiAnne for all of your hard work. It is very appreciated.
