I appreciate Dianne professionalism throughout the process she was courteous and responsive, which is always important. Dianne is extremely persuasive and on point. I did not experience any hurdles or issues throughout this purchase, also she was kind enough to help me out finding a great mortgage broker and a lawyer, which as a first time home buyer lifted lots of weight off my shoulders.

DiAnne has been amazing helping us finding a place since we arrived to Canada. She always listen to our likes and needs so we can find a place we can call home. We are really glad to have her as support in this endeavor!

DiAnne was great to work with. We were first time home buyers so we had no experience and no idea how anything worked but DiAnne was there to help us through the whole process. I appreciated DiAnne’s patience with us. We were often changing our minds about what we wanted and/or often being picky with houses, but she was always extremely supportive and understanding no matter what. I highly recommend her, first time buyers or not. She is extremely patient, never rushed us into buying and never forced us to settle. She also recommended us the home inspector and the lawyer, which were both great! Thanks to DiAnne, we are loving our new home!

She was very diligent in sourcing potential properties for us to review and always kept us up to date (on a daily basis through her website) on market trends, new listings, etc. DiAnne is a consummate professional and always provided timely advice on our home-buying journey. She was very patient and understanding with our situation with her good-natured humour that greatly facilitated our search. DiAnne shared her considerable knowledge and understanding of the whole 'real-estate process' as she help guide us from start to finish, including negotiations with the seller and helping with the inspection.
